Regarding ref 2138681.
Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category by Tim Williams at 18:35, Tuesday 2 June 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2139708.
Regarding ref 2138681 I see that the above case has been closed saying that someone has been round and there is no flooding. Obviously there is no flooding as it has not been raining. I’ve been on site all day and not seen anyone visit but I assume they will have taken photos when they were there and so will know the layout. As I explained when it rains the patio floods as the water can’t get away. There is no point me calling you when it is flooding to try to get it resolved. Could someone please give me a call on 07957185813 to discuss this? I believe Thames water has also reported this Regards Tim Williams
