Vehicles parking on double yellow lines

Reported in the Road Markings - Worn/Faded category by Peter Frost at 06:21, Thursday 4 June 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2141476.

The yellow lines are faded and a sign needs to be fixed to fence, telling owners not to park. I use the car park and have a long vehicle and struggle to drive out of car park safely, on some occasions I have pulled out on to the road blind and nearly had cars drive into me, also the emergency/bin lorry struggled to get into car park in both sides of entrance is blocked.
