New growth on pollarded trees obstructing highway

Pollarded trees throughout the Western half of Dunkirk Avenue have prolific new growth from ground level upwards which is obstructing the highway on both sides. Hazards: Oncoming traffic all pushed into centre of road. Cyclists forced into path of vehicles. Risk of damage to vehicles.

  • After today's rain you cannot walk under the trees as they are too low so having to walk in the road..This is a accident waiting to happen so something needs doing asap
