Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 11:21, Thursday 4 June 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2141883.

Difficult to pass with a wheelchair or pushchair and pedestrians getting covered in leaves and pollen so most people have to walk in the road, I reported this last year and it was cut back but not touched since
