All along Boughton lane are large potholes
Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 12:35, Sat 6 June 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2144470.
Especially in the 50mph zone along Boughton lane, there are large potholes that could be a serious issue if not spotted. There are multiple holes and a cluster of them on the pin on the map I have selected. If someone was to swerve to avoid these holes a car could be coming in the opposite direction, but because of the corner, you wouldn’t be able to see them in time to avoid a crash. This could result in fatalities if not sorted soon.

Just confirming and agreeing with this problem - there are a minimum of 20 potholes on Boughton Lane, between its junction at Cottingham Drive through to the A5076/Red House Road roundabout, and some are indeed of a dangerous nature. It would be helpful if the crews that were sent out looked at the whole road, rather than fix one hole and then move to another part of the town!
