Sign missing & no path across ploughed field
Reported in the Sign/Waymarking - Damaged/Missing category anonymously at 08:07, Mon 8 June 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2146210.
Coming from Jack's Green & heading towards King's Cliffe, at this point the signs are missing. The map shows the route goes across this ploughed field, there is no marked path across it. Very difficult to walk over, especially for young children & the elderly/less mobile who would also like to enjoy this walk.

This footpath across this field has STILL not been identified with signs or marked out. There is now an exposed hole in the ground which is hard to see at first, but when you get closer it is quite a drop and very dangerous. If a child was to run ahead they could very easily fall in. This is a nasty accident waiting to happen. Coming from Jack's Green, heading towards the railway line/King's Cliffe, the hole is at the beginning of the said field, on the left.
