The area in front of our wall has had to be dug up again as cars keep parking and breaking the water meter. Is it possible for the path to be continued so this does not happen again.

I am sorry to hear of recurring issues here. I will add the request to our list for future consideration, but at present pressure on resources mean that we can only prioritise those requests that will benefit the greatest number of road users. For paths this will generally be busy pedestrian areas, or routes to schools, shops etc. I think it is unlikely this will be a high priority. If Anglian Water feel that it would be more cost effective for them to provide an area of hardstanding around the cover to protect it or provide more support, or to move the cover, then they can consider doing that work themselves.
