Reported in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category anonymously at 23:59, Friday 12 June 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2153752.
The footpath through the woods has been moved from its historic route to a newly formed narrow corridor. The route of the new path is rutted with numerous hazards including holes, tree and bush stumps along with overgrown vegetation. The path is also now bordered on one side by an aggressive barbed wire fence. The poor state of the path along with the close proximity of five layers of barbed wire fencing make the path very hazardous to pedestrians and animals.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.

Path walked 23/07/2020 and the barbed wire has not been removed. The path has become more difficult to walk due to the overgrowth and the risk of contact with the barbed wire.
