Large rocks have unlawfully been placed to obstruct the highway

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2154649.

Two large rocks have apparently been placed on the highway surface by 'the estate' (see photos) in order to obstruct public use.

The highway (Sandy Lane) is a public road open to all, and is identified with the unique numbers 36107545, 36107552 & 36107550 in the National Street Gazetteer.

  • Has this issue been resolved yet. The OS map clearly shows the location does not have vehicular access. and pedestrians can easily walk through there.
