Dear Sirs, I live in Horton and got this e-mail address from South Northants C.C. I live in Grange Court, opposite the former restaurant, the French Partridge, on the B526 road. The gutter of the pavement on the part of this road is in a really disgusting state. It is blocked with caked mud, all kinds of debris and live vegetation. If we had really hard rain, the surface water would not be able to get to the drains and could cause possible road flooding. Apart from this danger, the appearance of the gutter is terrible. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the gutter of this road between Hackleton and Horton was being cleaned, but for some reason the cleaning did not continue to Horton ? Would it be possible to clean the stretch of road that I mentioned soon ? Yours truly, John Oakenfull
