Rotten tree

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2156822.

We have an almond tree just outside of our boundery fence (29 weedon lane norton) and close to public footpath. the trunk is rotten more than half way through. some branches are dead and have been falling. we have cleared these up. some branches are alive but tree is leaning away from the rotten trunk towards our fence. it may need trimming or removing for safety.

  • Inspected today tree seems to be in good health a structurally sound we will get it looked at by our tree surgeon to see what maintenance works it may require later in the year.
