16 th august more rain and thousands of gallons of water gushing from pytchley road across garden of 49 miller close and into our garden at 51 miller close [approx 12 inches deep and approx 6 inches up wall of property]. seems like surface water from pytchley road a509 is coming across gardens maybe a broken pipe ? we have to leave manhole cover removed to allow it to escape.it`s only a matter of time before a retaining wall collapses and it enters the property. can you please get this sorted.

Friday 4 th DEcember 2020. raining today, again water gushing from A509 Pytchley road across rear garden of 49 Miller close and flooding garden of 51 Miller close, have to remove manhole cover again to stop it building up and entering property, been 12 months now and nothing seems to be done about it apart from going through motions. months of climbing over sand bags on patio to enter rear garden. there is obviously a major issue with water drainage on Pytchley road close to railway bridge, when raining for some time you can see it flowing like a stream down across rear garden of 49 Miller close. Please can you sort this out and not just look after its not rained for ages.

Having had an email to say the problem was now fixed I was a little annoyed when walking down Pytchley road this morning 17th Dec at 8.30 am in the lovely sunshine to see water flowing down the road at the kerbside, rising out of the drain and flowing in the direction of the railway bridge. I`m not a drainage expert but i thought the principle of a drain was to take road surface water away. There is some sort of blockage or broken pipe or maybe when raising the railway bridge they raised the drainage pipes and it can`t flow up over the bridge, please investigate this thoroughly as it`s been ongoing since 2019.
