  • Water still flooding and spilling out of drain and building up and the debris are collecting in the cleared drains so the water cannot get away . as according to the update from highways , this should have been taken care of by the 23rd or july. this seems to be a more serious issue and not just the case of one blocked drain . please tend to this immediately as this has flooded my garage previously when we have had heavy rain .
