Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2161672.

I refer to my original reference on this dated 17/6/2020 2160682.

You advise 'there is no problem in this location'. Maybe send someone who isn't of defective sight to look at this location and you will see there IS a problem and it needs fixing!
