Kerbs not raised since re-surfacing leading to floods during rain

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2163365.
Outside 61 and 63 Sywell Road, flooding into properties during rain as road was previously re-surfaced, but kerbs were not lifted. No. 63 had flooded garage during recent rain in consequence.

Resident from 63 Sywell Road states that as road was widened further up the hill, the 2 drains there are now a foot out into the road and not in the gutter.

Thank you for your enquiry- A works order has been raised to repair defects that meet NCC investigatory levels. To be undertaken within the next 26 weeks.

Please could you tell me what is happening regarding this issue. Nothing has happened other than yellow marking dots which have made no difference! I would like to Thank the team that came to fix our problem. They were all (on both days) very friendly and professional in their manner. The work was carried out with respect to ensure that there no or very little impact to our daily living, they kept us informed with the times they would be working and were considerate to other road users.
