Drain has lip up to it . Flash flooding jumps drain, over broken dropped pavement into 2 Park Lane

The flash flooding Wednesday was channelled into 2 park lane property due to inefficient drain and broken pavement. This resulted in the downstairs of the property flooded badly, with living room carpet still sodden and smells
