A further inspection will be undertaken. A further inspection has been completed. Where trees are concerned there is no ‘right-to-light’. Northamptonshire County Council is not required or obliged in respect of any law to prune a tree for the benefit of someone’s level of light. Whilst sympathetic we do not undertake tree works to facilitate light to either land (gardens, etc) or property (houses, conservatories, etc).
