Trees/undergrowth reducing visibility at junction with A428, accident blackspot
Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category by James Deacon at 17:31, Mon 22 June 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2167766.
At the Lt Houghton West junction with A428, visibility of traffic approaching at speed from East-to-West along the A428 is severely impeded due to continued outward growth of trees, scrub and undergrowth along the A428 verges. The growth in many places is now level with the kerb. Road users seeking to join the A428 from Lt Houghton have insufficient visibility to safely join the A428. This junction is already a notorious accident blackspot, now made even more deadly by the continued neglect of tree/scrub along the length of this embankment cutting.

North side of A428 trimmed but south side directly opposite needed doing as well. Farm entrance is impossible to exit without extreme danger as visibility is so poor
