12 Potholes making our house shake

In the road next to our house there are approx 12 potholes, which when anything heavy goes over it makes our house shake and is causing cracks to our home. The road is on a bus route so this is happening every 30 mins. These holes have been repaired before but not properly. If you won’t act please advise how to escalate this matter.
