Appears to be a hole appearing around drain, and when look down gap can see a pot hole forming.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2169310.
Outside of 59, Hunter street, we noticed when raining the water was pooling and going into the gap. Appears to be a large hole under the slab. Please could it be checked as soon as possible as we have started to notice damp coming through wall adjacent to it!

07/08/2020 A site visit has taken place and the very small gap where the drain is actually goes into the drain underneath
