According to the last update the storm drains were supposed to have been jetted within 28 days of the problem being reported (30th June). The state of the drain is of some urgency as have had water ingress three times during rains in the last month.

It is now over two weeks beyond the end of the 28 day period for this work order, originally dated 30th June, and there have been three local downpours in the last week with three more concurrent flooding events in our cellar. As this is a relatively new phenomenon, starting at the beginning of this year and only happening during heavy rain, I believe the storm drain for this side of Church street, which runs close (within a couple of feet) to the corner of the cellar where water enters, is damaged and leaking.

Resident has instructed a private company to investigate the problem (Smart Drain UK) who have used CCTV and have seen that the pipe has mis-placements and is mis-assigned. He has now instructed them privately to conduct work on 22/9/20 to install a liner between the drains. Contact resident to discuss.
