Flooded footway at pedestrian crossing when it rains

Reported in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 11:23, Friday 26 June 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2173562.

Pedestrians have to walk through deep water to access the pedestrian crossing. The footway has been a bit of a problem for years, however, it has now sunk to the point that pedestrians including students are not using the crossing when it has rained and are chancing it across the road. Please could that bit of the foot way be relayed to allow water run-off away from the pedestrian crossing and the footway. Thanks.
