No finger post where right of way leaves the highway

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2181342.

NN2 path should have a right of way sign where it leaves the highway. The stile doesn't even have a waymarker. Can this be dealt with please. The stile is also rickety. Sheep are kept in the field, so it would be a good idea for the stile to be replaced, if the stile were to fall the sheep could get out.
