Blocked road drains on Huntingdon Road
Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 18:57, Wed 1 July 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2181673.
Most of the road drains (both sides) on Huntingdon road from the roundabout on the A605 down towards the Oundle road traffic lights are filled with silt / blocked. When raining the water is just cascading down the road towards the town rather than being drained away . Also note that the road drain / road surface (between the 30mph sign and lamp post) by the new crossing island between Magpie road and the roundabout is higher than the rest of the road which leaves a large puddle just by the crossing point.
