Tree on Walkway causing massive damage to my property

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2182781.

A tree was planted a few years ago, this has been reported on street doctor as it keeps lifting the path, it has also taken out our wall, the two main sewage drains on out property have been blocked by the roots of this tree . Anglian water has advised to get in touch with the NCC, the root of the tree is under my property, if the sewage drain and the drive gets damaged any further , I will take action against the council . this has been closed on Street DR multiple times but nothing is being down about this . I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY REGARDING THIS. this could collapse at some time , please contact me . I am at no. 121 Weedon Road, the roots on this tree are a tripping hazard for pedestrians as well NN05 5BS .
