Obstructed by vegetation and extremely rough

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2184181.

Many broken tiles dumped making surface extremely unsafe for horses to use, and vegetation alone the whole bridleway to Brooks Road is impassable due to overgrown vegetation. Many people fly tip on the Station Road end including wire and electrical items which are extremely unsafe for horses to pass, risking injury.

  • Site visit carried out, no fly tipping in situ at time of inspection (any further issues regarding fly tipping, please report these to the district council). Unable to locate any broken tiles along the Bridleway. This path is on our Rights of Way mowing programme, the path will be mowed to a width of 2m twice a year, during the peak growing season.
