Loose ladder on footpath

Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 18:21, Sunday 5 July 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2186774.

This section of the Nene Way has an unusual (but very cool) ladder up from the field to the road. The ladder is in relatively good condition, but the bolts that hold it to the bridge are coming lose and this could develop into a significant safety hazard. Just needs the bolts tightening.
