Pot holes on pathway causing a trip to a 5 year old boy resulting in bleeding and cuts

Reported in the Pothole / Failed Reinstatement category anonymously at 21:41, Sunday 5 July 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2186971.

The roads and paths need re-surfacing. This has been report over 7 times now. The pathway outside 12 Buxton Drive (NN14 2UU) has worn away and there are many dips and holes in the path which my 5 year old son tripped on last week resulting in cuts and bruises on his hands, arms and legs. All of the other paths in the area have holes, dips and the surface is loose. There are some very elderly that use walking aids and disabled/wheelchair users in the area that use walking aids and they walk on the road as the paths are so uneven and worn out. My 5 year old slipped on loose chippings this evening on the pathway outside number 15 Buxton Drive (see photos). All of the estate requires a re-surface. I would like this escalated to the head of the council now due to the poor previous responses advising that this is within the tolerances of acceptable.

Thanks and regards,
