Uneven footpath

Reported in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 17:58, Tuesday 7 July 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2190180.

Walk way to my property has became dangerous and uneven resulting in myself becoming hospitalised due to a major fall on path way which caused me to break my arm in two places and cuts and scrapes to legs and a black eye, due to serverity of accident l am unable to work and l now require personal care due lack of ability. I have had legal adivce regarding this matter as the path way has been reported numerous times and unfortunatley l am now financially worse off due to not being able to work or drive.

I would be greatful for a response and a form to help claim compensation.

Many Thanks Diana Barnett
