Two drains in the car park of The Rec Centre, just off Delapre Crescent Road, Far Cotton, Northampton are blocked,

Two gullies in the car park are blocked. The gulley cleaners are operating in the area, but they do not have instructions to deal with them as they are under the impression that they are on private land, despite being informed that the car park is owned by Northampton Borough Council and leased to Northamptonshire County Council.
