Red safety bollard knocked down

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2192874.

Just taken a report at Daventry police station that a white van, registration number BT12 MFV has knocked down one of the red bollards around the edge of the roundabout. He has been seen to stop and removed the bollard from under the van and then drive off. The bollard is now by the side of the road. This happened at 1245 today
