There is a pothole at the end of our drive (12 Brook Court) which is now causing significant problems. In addition the road, pavement and curb have sunk resulting in the any rain water rapidly collecting and being unable to flow into the nearby drain. Please refer to the attached images.
WE ARE REQUESTING THE DROPPED KERB TO BE LOWWERED A BIT FURTHER SINCE THE ROAD WILL BE DUG UP ANYWAY .
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.

Hi, I refer to our previous communication regarding the pot hole and sinking curb at the end of our drive. Whilst I understand that you are actioning the work within the next 6 months may we also take that opportunity to request that the dropped curb be widened as it remains insufficient. Attached are images showing the width of the dropped curb in comparison to our drive. This has always been an issue making driving on and off the drive difficult and resulting in continual damage to the grass verges.
