Access to path completely obstructed

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2196716.

MC4 cannot be accessed at this point because it is completely overgrown with large bushes. If you could there is a ditch to cross, no evidence as to how you would cross it. Beyond that field path obstructed with maize crop.

  • Site visit to be undertaken.

  • Landowner contacted regarding this matter, improvement works (inc. clearance) to be undertaken. With harvest now fast approaching it would not be practical to enforce the landowner to mark out this path. However the landowner will be contacted and reminded of their statutory responsibilities to ensure that all Rights of Way that cross their arable land are marked out on the ground and to remain marked all year round.
