Hi I know you don't deal with fly tipping normally but I was informed by the owner of this land that Highways adopted this land a while ago so he feels this is highways to deal with. Unfortunately its become a hot spot for fly tipping and as you can see from photos it has maggots and flys on the rubbish and this faces onto some cafes and shops. It is an area where shop bins are kept. This has become an unsightly mess and also has started to smell. Could you please advise if this is your adopted area or if it is down to the landlord or other organisation please.
