Signal cycling to red constantly causing traffic to stop

Reported in the Signal Stuck category anonymously at 14:58, Thu 16 July 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2203358.

These traffic lights and crossing have AGAIN developed the fault where they cycle to red and back to green without being pressed.

*****Please urgently look at the activation points to assess a possible fault in the mechanics.**** Vehicles are passing through red signals because there is nobody waiting to cross. This is now a serious danger to pedestrians
