DB 15 not waymarked and obstructed
Reported via Android in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category by Bob Entwistle at 12:41, Saturday 18 July 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2205943.
There is a low waymark post that is difficult to see on DB15 next to a track and further up the track another hidden waymark not on the direct route shown on the definitive map which is badly overgrown and impossible to find on the ground. While approaching from the south walkers will follow poorly signed unofficial route up the track and then left and right along the field edge coming from the north the field edge reaches the woodland with no way through ahead and no Waymarking to the track and the existing but low waymark post. Ideally agreement should be reached with the landowners to reroute and clearly sign all the paths in this area.

I was told by Nick Wedgebrow that he would be going out to look at this and other problems that I had reported in the same area and not heard what action (if any) has been taken.
