Two potholes in old road next to the road junction.

Pedestrians recently asked us who is liable if they fall as a result of the road condition. Although this is a dead end spur at the road junction, it is frequently used by pedestrians.

It is good to see the drain grid fully exposed, BUT on either side where the road inclines downwards to it there is 4+ metres of thick vegetaion preventing any rain water from draining to the grid. 9 metres in all. WIth this vegetation blocking water's route to the drain it is impossible to understand why the previous problem 2272084, has been "fixed".
