Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2212112.
I’m just wondering if you can advise if Cherwell Drive, kettering is adopted and if pedestrians have the right to walk along the footpath there please? I noticed this morning signs and a barrier are now in situ as shown on the attached photos.
Many thanks

Thankyou for contacting the County Council. I have Checked with my colleagues in Highway adoptions and Land Searches and can confirm that Cherwell Drive is not adopted and is a private road. Therefore any signage advertising this fact is correct. Cherwell Drive and Furnace lane are not recorded as Public rights of way.
