Blocked drains causing potential flooding

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 2216646.
Block drains in Harrowden Road from the green cause a fast flowing heavy stream of water to enter Norlinton Close and potentially flood garages - luckily this evening the rain stopped before flooding.

On occasion, this programme can change due to situations outside of our control.
