As you can see the grass verges have now overgrown and we have cut the verge back . This has shown up cracked pavement. Also around the water meter the tarmac has sunk and has become a trip hazard. The footpaths on the Estate as I have been walking round are in a mixed conditions. The verges have not been cared for and the path by the hotel hedge is fast disappearing forcing people to walk in the road as the pavement slopes badly . I have reported the drain opposite our house as it is collapsing and has got worse over the 9 months since I first reported the drain . When you resurfaced the roads we were promised the paths would follow. 4 years on they are more in need than ever . We now have lost the litter pickers , grass cutting to a minimum and repairs . I wonder what our taxes pay for now sad they have become non existent on the estate along with the promised food weekly collections . The whole Estate is looking for your improvement and quickly. No more excuses. Other areas always have the areas cleaned and repaired quick . Driving round I have seen so you need to manage the estate better. We are in touch with our Local Councillor and MP .
