  • I have tried to contact the council about these bags but was re-directed to this service. We are the tenants of 83 Lea Road, the bags do not belong to us and have no idea why they have been delivered there. I believe the bags have been there for at least 2 months now and they are starting to become a rubbish dump. We would really appreciate it if the bags could be removed as they sit right outside our living room window and are starting to look a bit gross. I would have removed them myself by now but the are far too heavy for anyone to lift without a hoist. A long with them being a bit of an eye sore they are also taking up a parking space on a street that struggles for parking as it is. Smaller cars have been known to park right next to the bags which is understandable as there isn't enough spaces to go around but this then leads to more problem with other larger vehicles struggling to get down the road.
