Large “To Let” sign obscuring view of oncoming traffic

Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 13:43, Wednesday 29 July 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2222021.

Large to let sign obscuring view of traffic coming from west towards Oundle at junction of Harley Way and A427. Sign belongs to Budworth Hardcastle. I’ve emailed them but have had no reply. There was an accident there last week, and the police attended. Obviously I don’t know if the position of the sign was a factor in this. In my view it is dangerous, as you have to pull out into the main road slightly to see if there is anything coming. Sign is poorly positioned and needs removing.
