Pedestrian crossing on Rockingham Road, Kettering nearby to 193 Rockingham Road has large trench 1 meter long, width 20 cm, 10 cm deep approximately in the middle of the road caused serious harm to a family and there 18 month old baby. The trench only effects pedestrian access as it is located in the middle of the road so effects pedestrian access across the crossing. The trench caused a parent's pram wheel to hit the trench and send the parent and 18 month old baby flying onto the middle of the road. Very dangerous and in immediate need of repair.
