The border kerb is broken by Police van outside my house

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2228592.

We disagree with your finding that the kerb is not damaged. We have a witness that saw the damage being caused and therefore ask that you reconsider and arrange for the damaged kerb to be repaired.
