Overgrown. Passage difficult mainly because of nettles.

Reported in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category by Alan Langley at 17:24, Mon 3 August 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2229125.

I believe this path CP10 is occasionally cleared by the contractors, but not often enough, because of the fast-growing nettles. As Parish Path Warden I should like to know which paths in the parish are on the schedule for periodic clearing and how often that clearing occurs.

  • Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately we only strim/mow particular paths that are on our list twice a year in spring and summer, some of these paths are also cleared of side growth once after bird nesting in the autumn. This the only path in East Farndon that is on our list.
