Footpath is blocked

Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 22:43, Monday 10 August 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2239479.

The Hedge of no 68 is blocking at least 50% of the footpath. Please could the Authority exercise it's power under the Highways Act to force the homeowner to clear 100% of the footpath. The poor attempt at cutting the hedge has left it with sharp and broken branches. It is currently not possible to pass on the footpath in a wheelchair without sustaining injury and wheelchair and pushchair users are forced into the road
