Hgv turning broken kerbs kerbs and virgin service trench reinstatement sunk
Reported in the Pothole / Failed Reinstatement category anonymously at 09:49, Wed 12 August 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2241484.
During the resurfacing of the Wollaston road between the villages this week which I must say a big thank you for attending the road problems and also your contractors care in cleaning up, HGV drivers took no notice of the road closed signs so had to reverse into woodlands road and prospect. At prospect Ave junction two hgv large trucks reversed mounting the pavements damaging kerbs and the reinstatement has sunk and tarmac has been scuffed.
It is such a shame as this road was looking superb so far with only white lines due to be installed next week.
