Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2243219.
When we get torrential rain as yesterday (reported out of hours) and again just now 10:14 the two drains outside my property 16 Ellesmere Avenue Brackley fill up, flood the road and when cars drive through the wave causes water to flood down my drive and up to front door. The out of hours manager was unable to send a technician to survey as flood cleared within 40mins!! Could this be surveyed at your convenience. I have photos and video evidence. Currently still filling up.

Anglian Water arrived and inspected the drains. The technician showed me their map which does not show any mapping on this part of Ellesmere estate of storm water drains and therefore that the responsibility may lie with Highways. The 'tank' was clear. Can you please investigate further. Now had two floods in three days.
