Blocking light and damage to cars

The tree is blocking light into our house. It is destroying our cars and eating the paint. There is a huge wasp nest which has resulted in my 19mth old being stung. We keep hitting our heads on the branches.

We have reported thus problem constantly for the last 14 years.
