I am very disappointed that my report on 17.08.2020 has not been dealt with and I have not been contacted by you after the inspection result by the supervisor. It was decided at the time that the kerbs outside mine and neighbouring properties need raising to solve the problem of past and future flooding. I was told by the visiting supervisor that the kerbs would be raised in the next week or so, but no work has been done and I have heard nothing at all. I then discover a flyer posted through my door by Cllr Maxwell where her issues were addressed! But I am a resident and my property has been affected on several occasions, and it is definitely not a ‘ 1 in 37 year event’ that was stated in the attached email I hope to hear from you soon
